Single-issue visit such as sore throat, ear infection, urinary symptoms, sinus infection, tick bites and minor wounds, rash, sports physicals.

*For Acute Care, please call or text so that we can respond in a timely manner.

For patients with several issues. A review of medical history and discussion of current concerns. Family history and medical records reviewed. Treatment plan thoroughly discussed and prescriptions provided.

We reserve minimally 90 minutes for these visits.  

For patients who have already had an initial Complex Care visit.  Pricing may be adjusted based on duration of visit: brief follow up may be less; complex follow up of multiple issues may incur higher charges.
